Gabe Gutierrez is a Real Estate Investments Expert and Fiduciary with a Master’s in Real Estate Development from the University of Arizona, where he graduated ‘Cum Laude’ with a 3.9 GPA and was inducted into the Honor Society. He also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Sustainable Built Environments with an emphasis in Land Development and an Associate’s degree in Business Administration.
With over five years of experience, Gabe specializes in creative financing, market and credit analysis, fiduciary representation, and contract negotiations. His work spans; resale, new construction, and investment projects, guided by strong ethical standards and fair housing laws.
During his academic career, he was a finalist in the Bank of America Affordable Housing Challenge, earning the Drachman Institute Outreach Award for his contributions on an affordable housing development proposal in Tucson, Arizona. He is also a licensed Arizona Realtor, fluent in English, intermediate in Spanish, and recognized as one of the top 10 ranked chess players in Arizona.
